Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on our products. Please make your selections carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Requests for exchange must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Claims
If you have not received your package, you must notify us within 15 days from the order date.
Any claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused packages.
The only exception is if the shipping error was caused by Glorify.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
